Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in courses or using the services of Balaji Selvamani Kalvi Institute (“BSKI”) Simmakkal, Madurai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Enrollment & Admission

• Enrollment is confirmed upon payment of the course fee
• Students must provide accurate personal information during registration
• BSKI reserves the right to deny admission at its discretion
• Batch allocation is subject to availability

3. Fee & Payment Policy

• Course fees must be paid as per the agreed payment schedule
• EMI options are available — terms apply
• Fees are non-refundable once a batch commences beyond 7 days
• BSKI reserves the right to change fee structures with prior notice

4. Attendance & Course Completion

• Students must maintain at least 75% attendance for certification
• Missed classes can be attended in any batch at no extra cost
• Certificates are issued upon successful course completion and assessment

5. Placement Assistance

BSKI provides placement assistance, not placement guarantee. Our placement cell connects students with hiring companies, but final selection is at the employer's discretion.

6. Code of Conduct

• Students must maintain discipline and respect in the institute
• Any form of harassment will result in immediate expulsion
• Mobile phones must be on silent during class sessions

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, study notes, and content provided by BSKI are proprietary. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without written permission.
